Scallion Pancake and Beef Bun

Scallion Pancake and Beef Bun

Kimchi: The scallion pancake was a true winner! We kind of ate the beef bun last though, so we didn’t really have room for it, haha.

Martini: I really liked the pancake, sort of crispy on the outside but nice and chewy on the inside. I will definitely get this again next time I come here.

Dumplings in Spicy Sauce

Dumplings in Spicy Sauce

Kimchi: The spicy vinegar sauce made these dumplings taste really good. I kept dipping my scallion pancake into the sauce!

Martini: Good kick from the sauce, and like Kimchi said, perfect with the pancake :)

Beef Noodle Bowl

Beef Noodle Bowl

Kimchi: We each got our own beef noodle bowl. You can choose between thin or thick noodles, but thick noodles have won me over…forever. It’s got that handmade doughy chewiness that I love. For the most part, the beef was quite plentiful and tender. You can imagine we were extremely stuffed afterwards, haha.

Martini: My first time eating Taiwanese noodles and I must say that it was really yummy. I don’t have a preference for thick or thin noodles but the thick ones we got were good. The broth is flavorful, the meat was tender and since it was a good sized bowl, I was pretty full.
