Fried Tofu and Thai Tea

Fried Tofu and Thai Tea

Kimchi: I love Siam Taste of Asia. So far, it is my place of choice when it comes to Thai food. Their deep fried tofu is their specialty – everyone loves it. Inside the tofu is soft and silky, while the outside has this wall of crispiness. The sweet fish sauce you dip it in makes the tofu just heavenly. You can’t go wrong with this dish. The thai tea was very sweet and felt authentic (you could see the white cream on top and you have to mix it yourself).

Martini: Siam is known for its fried tofu and they definitely live up to that. Since I like my food smoldering hot so that it burns my tongue a little, the tofu did just that. The sweet/sour sauce complimented the crispiness of the tofu – a great appetizer for two or more! This filled me up :D
